ENBO AD 2.20  Local aerodrome regulations

1  AD availability
1.1 Except for emergency situations AD shall not be used by ACFT with wingspan exceeding 65 M. Avinor may grant exception from this provision for code D/E ACFT based on an Approach and Departure Risk Assessment. Request must be send AD minimum 4 weeks prior to operations.
2  Charter arrivals
2.1 Due to limited number of parking stands, charter arrivals have to be coordinated in advance with handling agency or AD SER TEL (+47) 67 03 35 24.
3  Push-back
3.1 Approval for push-back shall be obtained from TWR. When approval is obtained, push-back shall commence without unnecessary delay.
3.2 If circumstances dictates, push-back onto TWY W is subject to prior approval from TWR.
3.3 Standard push-back is straight back. After push-back from stand 20 only right turn is allowed.
4  De-icing
4.1 De-icing shall mainly take place at stand 24.
4.2 Contact the handling company before engine start to request de-ice.
4.3 Aircraft requiring de-icing shall inform TWR at start-up.
4.4 De-ice frequency for WGH 121.955 MHZ and AVIATOR 131.750 MHZ.
4.6 Code E ACFT shall be marshalled to the de-ice platform.

ENBO AD 2.21  Noise abatement procedures

1  Circling/patterns
1.1 Circling/patterns shall be made S of AD only. Overflying of Bodø town shall not be made BLW 3000 FT. Follow ATC instructions. Training flights for ACFT involving repetitive use of traffic patterns for the RWY are limited to MON-SAT 0600-2200 and SUN 1000-2200

ENBO AD 2.22  Flight Procedures

1  Radio communication failure
1.1 Radio communication failure when flying VFR in CTR (REF VFR-routes light ACFT and helicopter):
  1. Squawk 7600,

  2. Proceed via established VFR-routes to Hjartøy (from N) or Seines (from S),

  3. Enter holding maintaining 700 FT and flash the landing lights,

  4. Watch TWR for visual signals

2  Low visibility procedures (LVP)
2.1 Low visibility procedures (LVP) is not established. Minimum RVR for departure is 550 M.

3.1 Asphalt test area on RWY east of THR 07 has longitudinal slope changes exceeding the requirements, REF para 3.1.15.
3.2 Objects on RWY strip not frangible: Runway Arresting Gear (RAG), GP07 antenna and cabin, parts of fence N of TWY E, REF para 3.4.6 and 9.9.
3.3 Longitudinal slopes on graded part of RWY strip near RAG exceed 1,5%, REF para 3.4.13.

7  Bird hazard
7.1 Flocks of seagulls occur at and in the vicinity of the airport between May and October, especially during rain. Flocks of geese pass over the airport during the migration periods March-April and August-November. Eagles and small birds occur at times. Certain species of small birds nests at or close to the airport.
